Seafield and COVID-19

This is a very exciting week for us here at Seafield, as we open the doors of our Show Home and Sales Centre. As most of you are aware, it took a little longer to open than planned. What you might not know is that delay was due to our close adherence to COVID-19 related protocols; keeping everyone safe on-site is our number one priority.

Now that we are opening our doors to the public, it is vitally important to us that we expand that care and attention to ensuring everyone that visits the Seafield Show Home is equally cared for in that regard. We take the health and safety of everyone on our team, and within our community, very seriously.

Here are some of the measures that we have incorporated to keep everyone safe:

• Private viewing appointments will be booked rather than traditional open houses in order to limit the number of individuals in our Show Home during your visit

• Viewing appointments are appropriately spaced to ensure time between visits allow for proper cleansing

• You will be asked to contemplate a brief 4-question health verification prior to arriving for your appointment

• Masks and gloves are provided to all visitors and hand sanitizer is available onsite

• Seafield is currently “paperless” and all materials are available via electronic means

• Seafield is currently “touch-free”

• Additional guidance is posted on-site, and provided at the time of your visit
